I have had the privilege of serving children and adults in community-based programs and in private practice for the past 25 years. During this time, I have seen the impact that unattended mental health struggles can have on one's relationships, work, parenting, physical health and family life. As humans, we all have moments of struggle with distressing thoughts and emotions. 1 in 5 adults struggle with a mental health problem. Many suffer alone without reaching out and getting support. It is important to me to provide a welcoming and warm environment and remove barriers that prevent people from receiving the help they need.

I use trauma-informed approaches and am both a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Certified Therapist.
