Hi, I'm Dr. Salvia Artman. I am currently providing teletherapy in the state of Colorado. I am committed to providing trauma-informed, multicultural-oriented, LGBTQ+ affirmative, and climate-aware therapy. I utilize a holistic framework in therapy and explore client concerns using a sociocultural and systemic lens. Furthermore, I integrate scientific research, client data, and clinical expertise to provide evidence-based practice.

I work with individuals using psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, Brainspotting, ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP), EMDR, and an accelerated KAP & EMDR combined treatment model. Clients come to me for help working through myriad issues, including resolving trauma (including complex trauma & childhood wounds), spiritual awakenings, identifying triggers, developing the wise mind, tapping into intuition, trusting ones true self, resilience building, relational skills, distress tolerance, disrupting cognitive distortions, understanding thought patterns & and restructuring patterns of behavior.

Sara (She/ Her/ Hers) is passionate about working with kids, teens and adults struggling with life’s difficulties, including abuse, homelessness, trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Sara earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, and her Bachelor’s Degree studying Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Rhode Island. Sara is a client-focused, values, strengths-based and trauma-focused clinician, who helps her clients restore their sense of self, increase their self-esteem, and obtain the goals that they set for themselves.

I am a somatic therapist specializing in EMDR Therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy in Boulder, Colorado. I guide teens and adults seeking relief from anxiety, depression, disordered eating, chronic illness, and other impacts of trauma and chronic stress on the nervous system.

I work with adult and teen individuals from a humanistic, somatic, mindfulness based perspective.
