I take a holistic, eclectic approach to mental health by adapting to the needs of each individual. As a clinician, I've had the privilege of working with both children and adults in various treatment settings including alternative education, residential care, non-profit, community mental health, and mobile crisis intervention. I am a graduate of the Steve Hicks School of Social Work at The University of Texas, my focus is on helping clients build upon their strengths and find a sense of ease in their own being. I can help clients develop their coping and distress tolerance skills, make mindfulness and self-care daily practices, and improve communication and interpersonal effectiveness.
