With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I bring a rich repertoire of evidence-based modalities to my therapeutic practice.
