I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Master of Arts in Human Development. As a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate and National Certified Counselor, I've honed my expertise in providing comprehensive mental health services to diverse populations and communities through a queer and feminist lens. With specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I bring a rich repertoire of evidence-based modalities to my therapeutic practice.

Less than 16% of therapists in Texas are male, which may very well be why so many men don’t go to therapy. I specialize in men’s issues including fatherhood, life transitions and stigma. Additionally, families often need support when raising their children. I work with families and children through difficult transitional times, such as grief, school anxiety, college transitions, and family communication.
