I am very passionate about helping people find their voices and their worth through counseling and honest conversations. I have a heart for helping people find success in their interpersonal relationships, both in the workplace and at home.

I have worked with many individuals on issues involving anxiety, depression, self-worth, identity, self-management, personal boundaries and spiritual concerns. My approach to counseling includes elements of person centered, emotion focused, and interpersonal therapies combined with an emphasis on physical and spiritual wellness.

I meet people where they're at and do my best to tailor each counseling experience to individuals' needs. I believe there is power in allowing people to feel heard and I aim to make this the heart of my practice.
