I am an experienced, Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years experience with teens, adults, and older adults on issues such as anxiety, depression, grieving, relationship issues, perinatal, postpartum, divorce, self esteem and trauma. My goal in therapy is to help clients identify their negative thoughts, feelings, behaviors, anxiety triggers, and past traumas. Christine has completed the Gottman Method Couples Therapy – Level 1 and Level 2 training. She has been providing couples therapy for almost 4 years. Christine is certified in Perinatal Loss as well as Postpartum Mood and Anxiety Disorder (PMAD).

Pam Flatow was born and raised in New York. She graduated Cum Laude from Boston University with a BA and received her Masters in Social Work from Hunter College. She has worked in medical and psychiatric settings, inpatient and outpatient, and was Director of Social Services at a psychiatric hospital in Florida. Pam has many years of experience in her private practice, working with both adolescents and adults utilizing an eclectic range of therapeutic modalities. She is warm and caring and this comes across to her clients. She is the mother of three grown children and had a long term marriage until her husband passed away in 2015.

I am compassionate and understanding psychotherapist who is dedicated to helping you through your daily struggles that might be interfering with your life. I'm able to support individuals (youth, adults, and elderly) while utilizing an integrative and collaborative approach. Being able to work with the individual to identify skills and values that they each hold to help them to the fullest. I have experience working with the LGBTQIA++ community. I am a trauma informed therapist, who utilizes active listening. Feeling alone when you are struggling is not ideal; I am here to help you identify coping skills to help you.

We'll look at your circumstances and goals to get a shared idea about our direction. We'll get curious about your patterns of thought, behavior, and beliefs. We'll build on your strengths. We'll discover which tools help you feel more resilient, empowered, and able to navigate strong emotions. This will prepare you to process the experiences that are often at the core of our adaptive strategies (i.e., what frequently gets labeled as "symptoms") allowing you to identify new choices that nourish you.
