Hello, my name is Lauren and I enjoy building a relationship with all of my clients. Although I have advanced training in helping children, I also work with teens and adults. I can help your child or teen with trauma, PTSD. anxiety and depression. I have a passion for working with parents to build parenting skills and increase healthy communication with their child/teen. I also assist adults with trauma and life transitions. I am completing my certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. EMDR is an effective therapy to treat trauma, anxiety and other painful life experiences.

My treatments focus on helping you adjust to any traumatic event that keeps you from functioning at your best each day. I use evidence-based treatments that are emotionally focused and client-centered.
