I am a licensed community-based clinical social worker with advanced training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. I received my masters from Stony Brook University and work with children, adolescents, and adults. I also have experience and clinical training in CBT, DBT, interpersonal therapy, and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT) with a focus on treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, loss, and personality disorders. I focus on helping improve emotion regulation difficulties, interpersonal problems and behavioral dysregulation.

Whether you’re struggling with anxious thoughts, sadness, past trauma, or just need someone to listen, I aim to empower and challenge individuals to help improve their quality of life. As a therapist, I help my clients recognize their own potential by walking alongside them; guiding them through their unique journey while implementing tools along the way to deal with life’s stressors. I earned my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling and my Bachelor’s in Psychology with a double minor in Sociology and Counseling at the University at Buffalo.
