Kids who worry a lot often don't know how to manage their outsized emotions. As a parent, it can make you feel like you're walking on eggshells, trying to avoid any of your child's triggers. In my practice, I work with children (and adults!) who suffer from anxiety or who are having a hard time with their big feelings and the big actions that follow.
