I've completed training in Trauma-Focused CBT and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction which has provided my clients with the tools to help them heal and develop a sense of self, trust, purpose, and meaning.

Groups
Teen Girls Stress Management Group (13-17)
This group is a safe space for girls to discuss their stressors related to the pandemic, virtual learning, racial trauma, self-esteem, relationships, friendships, etc. This group will focus on identifying stress and anxiety and learning new coping strategies to decreasing stressors. This group will be facilitated by one of our associate teen therapists in our practice. The group will start in March 2021.
