The PTSD and Anxiety center specializes in treating PTSD, trauma, depression, OCD and anxiety disorders. We use evidence based therapies such as prolonged exposure, exposure response prevention, dialectical behavior therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, acceptance and commitment therapy. As well as providing other therapeutic outlets such as art therapy and trauma sensitive movement.
