I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) to support individuals facing challenges. Additionally, I offer Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which is particularly effective for trauma and PTSD.
