We work with people and those with relationship issues. We believe that clients have the ability to choose how to resolve their own problems and can make their own decisions with my assistance as a facilitator. We believe that clients are responsible for their own behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. As a counselor, We hope to promote our client’s greater self-awareness through evaluating and resolving their life experiences that lead to increased confidence, self-esteem, independence, mental health, and the capacity to effectively navigate the complex challenges of life. For families, it's important to support each other through life's stages and accept their vulnerabilities. For individuals, our past relationships have an impact on current and future relationships which need to be examined and learned from.
We all live in an ever-changing world and sometimes we just need someone to talk to and maybe give us a different perspective and allow us to evaluate our choices with an understanding non-judgmental ear.
