For some, understanding the connection between early adverse experiences and current life difficulties is an important step on the journey to healing; for others, the goal is to strengthen coping and resiliency skills. With over 30 years’ experience and expertise in trauma, resilience and life coaching, I can assist with many of life's challenges.
I have spent my career empowering students, women, men, older adults and couples with the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their goals and a sense of well-being.
