Looking for a therapist can be scary and overwhelming. I understand how difficult it can be to make that first call, but I would love to help you heal and succeed! I am a licensed counselor with a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology. I welcome clients of all backgrounds/ethnicities and have experience helping with mood disorders, anxiety, low self-esteem, family discord, transition, grief, & trauma. LGBTQ+ affirming!
I offer a client-centered therapeutic approach while incorporating concepts from cognitive behavioral therapy, reality therapy, accelerated resolution therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I see clients Monday-Thursday with appointments from 9:30 to 4:30. Telehealth can also be provided.
Above all, I value professionalism and a strong client/therapist relationship. My goal is to provide a safe, therapeutic environment, free of judgment, and saturated with unconditional positive regard. I believe in empowering my clients while assisting them in finding ultimate peace within themselves.
