I commonly work with individuals that are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and family or relationship related difficulties. My experience is with adolescents and adults, also focusing on family dynamics as a whole. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which is a treatment specifically for designed to alleviate distressing memories that may be related to trauma.
