I believe that change is hard but not impossible.My goal is to impact the overall wellness of your mind, body and spirit to help you live your most authentic life. I treat adolescents and adults in individual, couple or family sessions. I have completed 200hr Yoga Teacher Training to incorporate aspects of mindfulness, meditation and physical wellbeing. I treat relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief and support life transitions for individuals experiencing change. I teach nervous system regulation skills for the recovery needs of anxiety, addiction or trauma. I utilize strategies of mindfulness and teach coping skills to move individuals closer to their goals through action.
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist, trained in multiple evidence based practices. I focus on all aspects of wellness to address your needs in a wholistic way. I work from a trauma-informed perspective in therapy and private yoga. My goal is to work with individuals and families to allow them to live their best lives.

This group is designed for women coming together in order to both gain and give support. The environment will support members identifying with one another's hopes, fears, dreams and setbacks. This group is for any women seeking safety and connection as they heal from histories of substance use, trauma and relationships.
