I believe that each client is unique and therefore so must be their treatment. I am dedicated to assisting clients in feeling rooted, secure, and fulfilled in their lives. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families in community mental health and private practice settings. In these settings, I have guided clients in managing and alleviating symptoms of behavioral and mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, stress, self-injurious behaviors, and interpersonal conflict.
I have experience in implementing a wide variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma and Loss in Children. As an LISW-S, I am also equipped to offer supervision services to dependently licensed clinicians.
I provide a laid back, person-centered, safe, and comfortable environment for clients while using humor at times, building the therapeutic relationship, and assisting clients in reaching their goals.
