I am a Master's level clinician holding a degree in Trauma Therapy, currently completing my post-graduate licensure hours. With sensitivity to trauma in the forefront, my therapeutic practice places emphasis on adverse experiences and their impact on a person’s health and development across the lifespan. I view wellness from a holistic lens, by taking the interconnection of mental and social factors into account rather than just symptom presentation. I believe that overall health and wellness can be achieved and increased through the integration of skills training and mindfulness practice.
I completed a clinical internship under the supervision of Philadelphia DBT Associates where I became well-versed in the pillars of DBT Skills Training. I believe that overall health and wellness can be achieved and increased through the integration of skills training and mindfulness practice.
