I have a special interest in working with people who have anxiety and have experienced trauma. I have education, training and experience with treating Depression, Anxiety, Trauma and Addiction.
I have acquired specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is an integrative psychotherapy approach most often used to help treat Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). It is also used to help easy anxiety, panic attacks, depression, addiction and eating disorders.
