I am trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) which is used to treat both adults and adolescents who feel out of control of their emotions. I provide EMDR for traumatic and painful events. I also use Cognitive-Behavior Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness based therapy. I provide Neurofeedback, which is a type of "brain training".
