I help my clients identify and resolve underlying issues contributing to anxiety, depression, unhealthy relationship patterns and more. Our meetings will offer you a time to be able to understand yourself & your behaviors more fully, and also be challenged to change the behaviors that are no longer serving you. Clinical psychoeducation & homework will be tailored to your specific goals. I endeavor to make my therapy room a place where you will feel seen & supported, while also being equipped with the skills and information to make the changes you desire.
As a therapist, I believe continued education is vitally important. I have completed a year long training to become a Certified Trauma Therapist, and regularly attend additional trainings.
