My specialty is working with female adolescents and women. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, addiction, high conflict relationships, divorce related issues, trauma, marital difficulties, adolescents struggling with peer relationships, behavioral issues, and other areas of concern.
I am trained in three evidenced based treatments. These are Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF CBT), and MATCH (CBT treatment approach for children with depression, anxiety, conduct disorder, and trauma).
