Holistic Healing Services/Wellness Center has now expanded and can provide more treatment options including traditional mental health therapy or a holistic approach. I provide trauma work, including treatment for children and adults who have experienced long term or short term traumatic experiences. My primary treatment modality is a holistic approach focusing on mind and body, along with psychosocial stressors. I also provide cognitive behavioral therapy along with the holistic approach.
Holistic healing also offers complimentary therapies, including but not limited to essential oils treatment, reiki, massage therapy, and wellness exercise groups, including Zumba and Yoga. Essential oils assist with emotional support and physical ailments that may contribute to emotional imbalance.
I use a mindfulness cognitive behavioral therapy approach to assist with trauma, depression, anxiety, and substance abuse. I assist with education around how the body is affected as a whole when there is an emotional imbalance. Financial aid/sliding scale is also available for treatment and complimentary therapies.
