I use varied clinical modalities including cognitive behavioral techniques, EMDR ( eye movement desensitization reprocessing to minimize trauma memories), TAT (use of acupressure points to decrease anxiety and move forward from troubling experiences) and EFT (emotional freedom technique to calm emotional responses). I specialize in trauma and eating disorders. Individuals, couples, families, adolescents.
