Many of us have or will experience emotional difficulties at some point in our lives. Sometimes it is not easy to overcome these roadblocks and we end up stuck in our emotional development. I work with individuals, couples and families struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief & loss, and depression. I believe healing is possible.
I provide compassionate, supportive and nonjudgmental care to those that I work with. My goal is to assist you on your journey using a safe and comfortable environment, appropriate treatment and a strong therapeutic relationship. I am a trained EMDR therapist and use this treatment for clients dealing with trauma.
