I am enthusiastic to work with individuals and couples who are curious about themselves, want to cultivate insight, and are motivated to make changes. Through listening and tending to neuroses, compulsions and addictions, mood issues, interpersonal problems, creative blocks, dreams, spiritual experiences and synchronicities, disruptive psychological symptoms can not only be reduced, but understood for a more meaningful, tolerant, and enriching life.
My masters and doctoral education and clinical training is rooted in depth psychology, which includes both Jungian and psychoanalytic approaches. I listen to the whole person; both conscious and unconscious dynamics are tended to. Together, we can explore patterns, drives, wishes, impulses and views of self and others that are waiting to be explored.
The journey of unsilencing trauma and emotional pain can be a deeply courageous and healing process to embrace with the help of a skillful therapist.
