For individuals who have severe mental illnesses, I will use contemporary positive psychology strategies to help you reduce depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, and psychotic symptoms.
I have 15 years of experience in the mental health field working in various roles with numerous individuals, groups, families with diverse cultural/ethnic backgrounds in many settings. I worked with patients with dual mental health/substance abuse issues. I provided therapy with an emphasis on advocacy and social justice.
