During 38 years as a licensed therapist, I have experienced working with people in times of difficulties, phases of growth, and at unexpected crossroads. I listen with compassion, understanding and support while providing an opportunity for a new vision. Together we develop a treatment program based on your own personal desire for change. I utilize techniques that can help change habitual negative beliefs and perceptions at a very deep level. Together we work from the premise that what you believe - you become. Therapy can be brief or long-term, depending on what you want to achieve.
My approach is gentle, while the effects are often life-changing. Strategies can include cognitive therapy, hypnotherapy, EMDR, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and Past Life Regression (as trained by Dr. Brian Weiss).
ALCHEMICAL HYPNOTHERAPY for personal transformation, "inner child" healing, low self-esteem, depression and anxiety. EMDR for overall symptom relief, behavioral changes, increased insight and healing from current and past trauma. EFT as a technique where you learn to tap acupressure points to help relieve negative emotional reactions.
