I am passionate about working with individuals & couples and creating a safe space for clients to be transparent and culture an environment for personal growth. I use an eclectic therapeutic approach to therapy including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).
