I believe in the innate power in us to evolve and resolve. Sometimes when we are faced with challenging situations, our perspectives become hazy and we are unable to connect with our selves. I use eclectic and holistic modes of therapy to help people connect with their inner selves to move on in their lives and reach their full potential. I am trained in DBT, CBT, ACT and am also a Certified EMDR provider. I also completed an externship in Emotionally focussed Therapy for Couples as positive relationships are imperative for our emotional, mental health.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona with extensive experience working with individuals suffering from PTSD & trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, parenting and self esteem issues, and marital issues. I provide a safe and supportive environment to help people heal, & cope with stress and further build & nurture healthy relations.
I am Nationally Certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CHC). Homeopathy is an alternative, holistic form of medicine. It is natural, safe, gentle with no side effects and can be safely taken in conjunction with other conventional medicines. I offer online, weekends and evening sessions for counseling and homeopathy.
