In addition, I have an extensive background in serving clients with complex developmental trauma when a more concentrated approach is needed to succeed. I am stage-focused in my somewhat existential approach . I am trauma-focused with 25+ years of experience with clients recovering from PTSD, dissociative disorder and complex developmental trauma, I offer a compassionate and practical view in dealing with the varied aspects of recovery from trauma.
Hope is a key element in my approach! We all need to have a therapist who will walk with us through the difficult times in our life, especially if we are stepping over memories of a dysfunctional or abusive family.
