I work with individuals ages 22-adulthood and specialize in trauma, grief, loss, loneliness, depression, anxiety, and issues unique to your stage of life. I have specialized in trauma, including physical abuse, sexual abuse, and witnessing violence. I hold certifications in CPP, PCIT, & COSP I work closely with children and adults in order to help you identify your goals and walk with you on the journey of achieving them. She has experience in working with adolescents and adults in intensive inpatient treatment and outpatient settings. She uses cognitive behavioral, solution-focused and motivational interviewing therapeutic techniques. She specializes in substance abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, trauma, and grief. She is currently employed at Black Hills Counselors and provides Substance Abuse evaluations, outpatient groups, DUI classes, individual, family and couples counseling sessions for adults and adolescents.
