Memories and fears haunt us. Anxiety and depression interfere with enjoying life. The counseling services I offer can help you to improve your relationships, create healthy family dynamics and make changes that make life better.

Using an approach called Emotionally Focused Therapy, I specialize in helping couples and families restore the tender, sometimes fragile bonds that keep us feeling safe and connected. I use acceptance, mindfulness and self-compassion to help clients heal from trauma and abuse, and I teach positive discipline and emotion coaching.
