I specialize in communications, marriage counseling, families,individuals. Women and men alike find I can get to the issues and break the stalemate; even if you may have failed repeatedly. It is so emancipating to look at your issues, get feedback, and navigate once and for all. Sometimes, it is simply learning a new dance. It is my style to use humor, compassion, psycho-education and along with years of experience. I work from a combination of accepted psychotherapeutic approaches, and remain flexible, as no one size fits all. We will get to the heart of the matter; Work and resolve!
I maintain an excellent network of associates and medical professionals who make themselves available for consultation; I keep abreast of cutting edge research and new studies by constantly re-educating myself, and I continuously enhance my knowledge and experience whenever and wherever possible so I always offer the best treatment possible.
I also provide emotional IQ assessments which form the basis of most relationship work. Collective wisdom suggests that in couples and family work, one hour a week is often not enough. To best serve the clients, I offer extended-length sessions and/or multiple sessions a week if the situation warrants.
