I specialize in working with people who feel anxious or are trying to cope with the aftermath of upsetting or traumatic experiences. Clients come to me looking for a therapist who is authentic, hopeful, and sees them as a whole person, not just what they have been through. Sessions with me feel like a warm and collaborative conversation with someone you trust. I offer personalized care that is tailored to your specific needs and rooted in well researched treatments such as EMDR, CBT, and DBT. Our work together can focus on recent events and emotional experiences, or older issues that feel unresolved.
My clients are most often women+, the LGBTQIA+ community and first responders. I also enjoy providing therapy to other therapists, which developed out of my years of experience as a NH Board Approved Supervisor.
