My practice combines traditional psychotherapy and chakra-based techniques to reach specific goals, stimulate change and growth, and heal memories and experiences. This mind-body approach can be thought of as nature's mind-healing mechanism and all types of clients (not just holistically-oriented) take to it readily. It is effective with most issues - work and relationship difficulties, finding direction in life and most disorders especially addictions, anxiety, and depression. I focus on developing intuition, becoming grounded and productive, expressing creativity and personal power, and connecting to self and other.
