Shaye is a Holistic & Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Spiritual Coach, and Certified Hypnotist (C.H). He embraces a holistic view of human psychology that includes the cognitive, emotional, somatic, behavioral, subconscious and spiritual. Shaye received his Master's degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. While at West Georgia, he pursued an academic emphasis in Professional Counseling, Clinical Hypnosis and Transpersonal (Spiritual) Psychology. Shaye is trained as Brainspotting Practitioner (BSP), Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) trained and EMDR trained.

I have over 10 years of experience working with families, children, and adolescents. In the past 5 years, I have expanded to working with adults and supervising up-and-coming therapists helping them build their practice and presence as counselors. I specialize in anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and personal growth. My background is in humanistic, existential, and transpersonal therapy.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience in community mental health care. My goal is to help people from all walks of life identify what they value, change what they want to change, and make the often difficult decisions that can ultimately lead to less suffering and greater meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. I work with adolescents and adults ages 16 and older; some are facing significant mental health challenges, others may be looking for ways of managing life stressors and transitions with greater clarity and ease.

I am a holistic practitioner who works with adults and teens from a mind-body-spirit framework. I have a passion for helping clients uncover and integrate trauma stored in the body, through EMDR and polyvagal therapeutic approaches. I am welcoming to clients navigating integration, spiritual awakenings, exploring shadow work and processing transpersonal issues around consciousness.

I am a bilingual, Latina counselor with a humanistic approach to therapy rooted in both Eastern and Western theories, techniques, and philosophies.
