I am a licensed clinical social worker with over two decades of experience in community mental health care. My goal is to help people from all walks of life identify what they value, change what they want to change, and make the often difficult decisions that can ultimately lead to less suffering and greater meaning, purpose, and fulfillment. I work with adolescents and adults ages 16 and older; some are facing significant mental health challenges, others may be looking for ways of managing life stressors and transitions with greater clarity and ease.

I serve older teens and adults in individual, couples, and family counseling. By clearing emotional blocks and increasing self-awareness, clients become more resilient and equipped to find solutions to their life dilemmas. He embraces a holistic view of human psychology that includes the cognitive, emotional, somatic, behavioral, subconscious and spiritual. Shaye received his Master's degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia. While at West Georgia, he pursued an academic emphasis in Professional Counseling, Clinical Hypnosis and Transpersonal (Spiritual) Psychology. Shaye is trained as Brainspotting Practitioner (BSP), Integral Eye Movement Technique (IEMT) trained and EMDR trained.
