Traditional mental health and substance abuse treatment tends to focus on what makes you sick, what you are lacking but at The Mindful Lemon, our clinicians let you sit in the driver’s seat, focusing on your strengths and assets to help you become the best version of you! This can be via traditional talk therapy, medication management, mindfulness techniques, an emphasis on health, wellness and fitness or any combination of the above.

Help Therapy boasts a network of more than 150 licensed clinical psychologists, LCSWs, LMFTs, and NPs, spanning over 100 specialties and treatment areas. By completing an intake form on HelpTherapy.com, you'll be paired with a therapist tailored to your specific treatment requirements, insurance coverage, and location preferences. You have the flexibility to choose how you'd like to connect with your therapist—whether in-person, online, or via phone.

We are a 501c3 nonprofit organization that has been serving the Inland Empire for nearly 40 years. We provide professional, compassionate, evidenced-based mental health services to a wide range of people and needs in our community. Services are available to anyone for things such as marriage & family counseling, depression, crisis, trauma, addiction, and much more. We accept many different insurance, private pay, and offer a sliding fee scale with a variety of therapeutic options to fit most budgets. We also have funding streams within many programs that may be able to help fund the care you need.

Briana is extremely compassionate, attuned, non-judgmental, and deeply cares about her clients. She is an advanced practitioner in CBT, DBT, and EMDR Phase I-III. She most recently worked as a psychotherapist at Mental Health America Los Angeles Wellness Center (MHALA) and was widely loved by her clients. Briana has worked with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, family crisis, and relationship conflicts.
