My hope is to help you find your own innate ability to heal through a variety of therapeutic techniques integrating principals from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Attachment Theory, and The Twelve Steps.I provide clinical supervision to MFT trainees and AMFTs as a CAMFT certified supervisor.
