I am a licensed professional counselor and have been working in the mental health field since 2009. I specialize in trauma informed care and use a collaborative yet eclectic approach in order to fit the needs of each unique individual I see. Aside from trauma therapy, I also treat ADHD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, phobias and general counseling. I am certified in EMDR and hypnotherapy and use several modalities to treat clients. I also do group work and offer a meditation/mindfulness group.
