I practice using empirically-supported treatments drawing heavily from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. I treat individuals of all ages.
My hopes are to help people who are struggling with emotions, behaviors, and personality styles that are causing them pain and interfering with their lives. I strive to provide the most effective treatment within the context of a warm and genuine therapeutic relationship.
In addition to individual treatment, and psychological assessment, I offer group treatment for social anxiety, social skills training, and assertiveness training. My social anxiety exposure group involves real life exposures that help individuals overcome fears of embarrassment and disapproval.

Social Anxiety Exposure Group
This 14 week group is designed for adults who experience significant discomfort, and avoidance when they encounter social situations. This anxiety and avoidance can cause distress and impact one's quality of life. The social anxiety exposure group provides treatment, using principles of exposure therapy (which is the most effective treatment for this condition), to reduce one's social anxiety significantly.
