Working with horses is a very unique experience for groups,individuals, families and couples. Through an unfiltered, direct connection with the horse one is able to explore life issues, enhance insight & develop personal goals. By utilizing the strength, intuition & expressiveness of the horse, participates develop their own methods for transition. Individuals and groups can expect their encounters to be on the ground, genuine and often very quiet.
Transitions equine assisted therapy program utilizes the EAGALA model. Three components working are a team; the Mental Health Specialist, the Equine Specialist and the Horses. The horses are the focus of this solution driven "feet on the ground" approach.
To our corporate consumers, this model also works especially well for team building, problem solving and communication skills for staff development groups.
