Helping children and teens with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship issues, ADHD, learning struggles, low self esteem, parent/child, teen conflict, and sexual identity are all areas I enjoy working with. I am one of the few qualified therapists who provide services for children age 3 and up.

Anita Astley is the founder and CEO of "Building Healthy Relationships" LLC and published author of “Unfuck Your Life and Relationships" (Simon & Schuster). She is a licensed individual, couples, and family therapist with over 25 years of experience in helping people navigate life's challenges including basic communication issues to depression, anxiety, emotional and physical intimacy issues, separation and divorce, conflict resolution, and infidelity to name a few. Ms.Astley is "solution focused" and believes there is a "solution" to every problem and arriving there successfully is possible through professional guidance & support.

As a psychologist, professional counselor, clinical substance abuse counselor, and music therapist, I have learned how much I enjoy working with people to help them overcome obstacles, develop techniques for them to live within the range of their personal capabilities, as well as pursue activities to complement and strengthen personal talents.
