Helping children and teens with issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, family issues, relationship issues, ADHD, learning struggles, low self esteem, parent/child, teen conflict, and sexual identity are all areas I enjoy working with. A few years ago, I moved from upstate New York to Appleton, Wisconsin. I'm loving life in the Midwest! I am happy to be licensed in both Wisconsin and New York. At this time, I am ONLY seeing clients virtually using a HIPAA-compliant app called Spruce for video-based telehealth sessions. As of January 2023, I’ve recently had a few client spaces open up. These openings are mostly during the work week hours, but I’d love to see if we’re a fit. I’m not accepting insurance directly, but many of my clients are able to receive reimbursement by submitting my superbill to their insurance.

Client problems come in all shapes and sizes, with all kinds of different life experiences and reasons and needs. Problems are common in the world, and it is hard to shoulder the responsibilities set on our shoulders. It can feel lonely with the burden that people carry, and it seems reasonable to find ways to meet needs that are not being met. Sometimes these can be unhealthy habits that just cause more problems. Sometimes, it leads to a build up of pressure until everything is overwhelming and out of control. It disrupts our Serenity, and building this back up sometimes needs a helper.
