As a transgender identified therapist with many years in anti oppression organizing and queer community, I offer evidence based practices for depression, anxiety, and trauma based mental health concerns with an overall affirming and anti-oppression lens as a bedrock of our work.
Many gender non binary, transgender, and queer identified clients fear that their therapist will not understand their whole lives, selves and community in therapy while also understanding the oppressive construct in which their mental health concerns, identity and life intersect. As someone of the community and for the community, I provide therapy for you.
