I also offer Coaching services to those wanting to explore creative outlets (art, writing, performance, etc. ) for personal enrichment or income potential. This also applies to someone already working in a Creative field that wants to bring joy back into their work.
I utilize ACT and CBT in a Values Based framework to help you hone in on what's important and determine what risks you're willing to take to achieve and/or maintain those elements. My scope of interests may sound eclectic, but at the core, it's all about creating safe ways to make movement in your current life!
I've been helping people of all ages discover authentic and sustaining ways regarding their sexuality, gender, relationships, and creative identities for over a decade. And sometimes you just need a place to decompress from the week and get centered again!
