I am trained in the following: "CBT" (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) - helps you to understand how your thoughts and feelings drive your behaviors; "TFCBT" (Trauma-Focused CBT) - focuses on how the trauma in your life has affected your present life experience; and "Hakomi Therapy"- a somatic psychotherapy designed as a self-discovery tool done in mindfulness.
